The Turning Point – Week Three -The Breathing Space
Welcome to week 3. In this session we focus mainly on how to fold mindfulness into our everyday life. The session includes a longer sitting/breathing meditation which also incorporates body and sound awareness. Also, we explore the 3 Minute Breathing Space and how it can best be utilised.
