Welcome to week 2 and congratulations for being here. Things get a lot more simple now we’ve got through all the introductions. Not you’ve got a grounding in mindfulness, we’re going to go deeper.
The theme of this week is mostly concerned with cultivating the idea that thoughts are not facts and that we are not our thoughts. It’s an exciting new reality and one that changed my life (Gerard) forever and for better.
